Compliance teams were editing sensitive transcripts in general-purpose editors. I worked with the founder to design Wordflo as the purpose-built alternative - minimal interface, keyboard-driven, and AI that works in the background.

I led a product realignment from post-meeting analytics to proactive in-meeting support that contributed to engagement gains and a $2.4M seed round.
I partnered with the founders to build a minimum 'valuable' product repositioning Pickle as the meeting champion for full-cycle Account Executives, providing support before, during, and after meetings. My designs and prototypes were used to validate concepts and assumptions. Also built the 'Vinegar' design system and helped hire a junior designer.

Four years shipping enterprise infrastructure tools across three product areas.
I led the admin experience redesign for Aspera on Cloud - roles, permissions, storage, integrations as 400+ customers and 25K users migrated from legacy to SaaS. I also designed developer onboarding for Aspera in Cloud Pak for Integration and log-based analytics for file transfer troubleshooting.
